Throughout the book, energy itself speaks directly to the reader, guiding them through fundamental reflections on perception, connection and self-initiation. Rather than replacing one method with another, the book seeks to make room once again for personal experience.

At its core lies the question of whether Reiki is something that must be given from outside, or whether it can also be understood as a direct experience that does not depend on symbols, degrees or external intermediaries.

A Few Words from Me

Since my youth, I have been drawn to questions that often lie beneath what we take for granted in everyday life. How much of what we believe about ourselves, about spirituality or about life have we truly experienced for ourselves? And how deeply are our perceptions shaped by habits, expectations and ideas we have absorbed along the way?

My own path has never been a straight one. It has been shaped by questions, observations, personal experiences and a desire not simply to accept what is already taken as certain. That is also where my way of writing has come from: not from a position of authority and not with ready-made truths, but from the attempt to look more closely.

In my books and writing, I explore spirituality, consciousness, energy, self-deception, intuition, nature and human experience. For me, these themes belong together because they repeatedly lead back to the same question: What might we discover when we begin to perceive for ourselves again?
